PetBox

Organic Oscar Shampoo and Conditioner ~ OMG how adorable are these? The top comes off there’s a pump on top. I was so excited about these that I almost gave the pups a bath right away when the box arrived. However, they had a bath this morning with me so I decided we would wait.

BOGO Bowl Premium Dog Food ~ Oh, the dogs go crazy when I give them a different kind of dog food and this was no exception.

Jump for Joint Heath Soft Chews for Dogs ~ Theo was super excited about this!

Vetericyn Wound & Skin Care ~ I am not sure that I have ever had a need for a wound / skin care product in all the years of having Theo but who knows. We have a house now with cats and babies are soon to come so who knows. We are ready now.

Skinneeez Platypus ~ London loves Skinneeez toys! The pups got a lot of them for Christmas.

Pure Box of Love Review

Wooden Soap Deck ~ Someone was just mentioning that in order to keep soap longer I would need something along these lines. This allows your soap to stay dry between uses which doubles the life of the bar.

Grapefruit Soap ~ Now that I have a good place to store my soap, there is no reason for me not to give bar soap a go. I always just have that image of slimy white bar soap and that’s so not what this is. However, this is all Vin's

Cherry Vanilla Lip Balm ~ This smells great and goes on nice and smooth. And in case you wonder about things like this, it’s made with all natural butters, grapeseed oil, locally sourced unrefined beeswax, stevia based sweetener and essential oil.

Lemongrass Lotion Bar ~ I love it. It smells amazing, isn’t messy and it super easy to use. Oh and it really works.

Egyptian Rose Sugar Scrub ~ I haven’t gotten a chance to test this out yet, but I love the idea that instead of a big jar you scoop into over and over again (which gets kind of gross), these are smaller one time use cubes. Just grab one before you get in the shower and you are set!

March 2014 Love With Food Review – “Flavors of the World”

Chai Spice Macaroons by Emmy’s Organics ~ Favorite thing in the box! They were awesome with some tea!

Pasta Chips by Vintage Italia ~ Love these. I don’t recall ever having a pasta chip before, but I would have these again. I would consider them more of a cracker than a chip, but whatever, they are good.

Taco and Burrito Seasoning by Desert Gardens ~ Chicken Crockpot Burritos are in our future! Yum!

Lollipops by Peirrot Gourmand ~ Rain enjoyed this at the ballgame the other night. She said it was extra yummy.

Earl Grey Tea by Taylors of Harrogate ~ This is from the official supplier to the British Royal household. How fancy! There was no way I was missing out on this! I do not even like Earl Grey usually but oh it's delicious!

Ginger Chews by Chimes ~ Julie has morning sickness and she said that the one I gave her was awesome. I gave her the original. Probably should invest in some more of these then...

Shortbread Fingers by Walkers ~  I squealed... I knew they would taste good because these are the same people who make Disney's shortbread cookies!!!

Cassava Chips by Wai Lana ~ They were like a combination between a chip and thin rice cake. Vin loved them!

Lip Factory

Mirenesse Lip Bomb ~ I am still fascinated by how much these lip bombs cost! They are like $35! This is 1.5x the cost of the box right here. I love this shade and I received #16. I haven’t gotten a gloss like this in a while. A total score for me!

Ellovi Lip Butter ~ I got this recently in a box but hey you can't ever have enough lip balm. Or mascara, eyeliner, blush, oh jeez nevermind. You can never have enough make up.

Jesse’s Girl Vitamin E Lipstick ~This is a “color free lipstick”. This is just lip balm in a lipstick form. It’s very moisturizing and doesn’t seem to be as addicting as lip balm though.

Cargo Lip Gloss Quad ~This was a total surprise. I love the colors and haven’t received anything like this in a subscription box. I got the color Casablanca.  This will be awesome to keep in my purse for color change!

Jesse’s Girl Lip Liner ~ I am not a big lip liner person, but I think that the built in sharpener on the cap is the coolest thing ever. Seriously, that is complete genius.

All totaled I came up with a value of $70.08 for the March 2014 Lip Factory box. As usual, this is a crazy value since the box itself is only $22!

Ipsy

Be a Bombshell Bora Bora Eyeshadow Quad ~ My favorite thing in my bag this time! I love the colors. I love how they feel like summer on a cruise for me! Excellent product.

Nicole by OPI Roughles in On What Grounds? ~ Second favorite thing! Omg I love this polish. So does Rain who has proudly pointing out to anyone who would listen to her that her toes feel like they have pebbles on them!

Pixi Beauty Flawless Beauty Primer ~ I am wearing this today! I like it a lot. It went on smooth and I liked that blended well my foundation.

bareMinerals Marvelous Moxie™ Lipgloss in Rebel ~ I have loved this. It's a great color. Rain even likes it.

March 2014 Fabletics

Norwalk Tank ~ I got the white with bright aqua. It's awesome! It's a sheer fabric. And it has a lot open back. Which is great when I'm sweating.

Lima Capri Fold Over Waist ~ Totally love these capris. The bright fold over waist, the fit, everything. After having washed my Fabletics stuff for a few months now, I’ve noticed a lot more pilling than I get on my Lululemon things. It’s also 1/4th of the price, so that may explain it. Maybe I should be washing it separate like lulu suggests (which I don’t follow) to help avoid it? Do you wash things like this separate? But really it doesn't matter because I am donating all of my Lululemon things because I do not support their views at all!

Mama's Got Mail

Kind Bar ~ Kind bars are growing on me so I was oddly excited to see this snack included in the box. And I think it was the perfect compliment to the rest of the items in here.

Restore Strong Core & Back Kit from Gaiam ~ I am super excited to use this! Omg better posture??!! Bring it!

Double the Fun Headband by Zella ~ Ohhh, I tried this out right away and loved it. I didn’t get a headache either, which is one of my main issues with headbands. I need to try wearing it all day though and see what happens though. I also want to mention that this came sealed in it’s original packaging so there is no need to worry that someone tried it on before you or anything like that!

All totaled, I came up with a value of about $27 for the physical items in the March 2014 Mama’s Got Mail Box. As always, I can’t put a price tag on the workshop part of the box. This month’s personal self check-in (the worksheet portion) is all about “Your Strengths” and focusing on the times and places and things that make you feel your strongest. The “assignment” if you will, is to carve out a time when you can recreate some of the conditions that make you feel your strongest. Maybe it’s a clean house, maybe it’s after an amazing workout? Maybe it’s after you’ve checked off your to do list. Whatever it is, the goal is to work on it this month.

Beauty Box 5

Jane’s Pick All Natural Soaps ~This smells great. I have put it into a soap sack already! I love it so much! I need to purchase more soap sacks! I got Kind! It smells like kind.

Tree Hut Shea Body Butter ~ Ohh, I love this. I got coconut lime! It’s the perfect little size for traveling. Can we say Thailand together? This winter has wreaked total havoc on my skin. Just seeing this makes me think I need some on my legs. The scent is fabulous and if I close my eyes super tight I can smell summer.

Swissco Dual-Sided Facial Pad ~ I probably wouldn’t buy this on my own, but I will use it. My only issue with things like this is how long can I keep it before it needs to be replaced? I never know and I think I throw them away too soon because of mold. Hm research time.

H2O Plus Hand & Nail Cream ~ I love this! It’s not greasy and works great. And it’s the perfect size for my purse. AND HELLO it's a company Disney trusts!

Bellapierre Cosmetics Makeup Base ~ This can be used as a concealer, illuminator and / or eyeshadow primer. We will see what I will use it for in the future.

Tyler Florence Fancy Box Review

Primula Tempo Coffee Press ~ This is going into the kitchenette downstairs. I love that it matches the decor down there in the basement! (Hint the kitchenette is done up like Gryffindors)

ShortStacks Maple Syrup ~ Vin wanted pancakes the other day. I think that may have to happen now. Yum!

Art Cook Citrus Zester ~ We put this in the cart for outside bar times.

Art Cook Spoon Spatula ~ This is genius! Sometimes a spoon is too much and a spatula is too little and this combines them both. Love it!

Short Stack Editions ~ Short Stacks are a series of collectible cookbooks based entirely around individual ingredients. These are for “eggs” and “strawberries”. Lots of really cool ideas in there and I love the graphics on the covers.

Wantables

If you aren’t familiar, Wantable offers 4 to 5 full-sized premium makeup products, hand-picked to perfectly match your preferences. They also offer intimates and jewelry boxes, again customized to your preferences. And unlike the majority of other subscription boxes, Wantable allows you to return the box if you aren’t totally 100% happy. You just go into your account, go to your order history and click “Return Items” and you’ll get a prepaid label and a full refund.

Golden Rose Infinity Lash Volume & Length Mascara ~ I handed this off to my boss who was looking for a new mascara. I figured why not? She said it really does had volume and length and I have to say her eyes have been bolder. I like it on her.

Liberty Republic Spellbound Nail Lacquer ~Liberty Republic polishes are exclusive to Wantable right now and I LOVE the color I received. Let's put it this way I had a four year old wanting to try it because it was an Elsa color. She loved it. It's in the color Enchanted.

Sorme Believeable Bronzer Goddess ~ I love bronzer and while I don’t know if this will become a new favorite, it’s for sure going to get used up. The color is more brown than my photo shows and it’s a perfect selection for my skin tone when we get to Thailand!

youMinerals Rouge ~ I received Happy Rose. I wouldn’t pick this color on my own but it might be fun for summer?

All totaled I came up with a value of $72.98 for my March 2014 Wantable Box.
